  • Does the job pretty well

    By LancerKind (Pcmac user)

It's nice to be able to quickly make reminders while at my keyboard. It's faster than fiddling with an iphone, esepcially when already in the "hands on keyboard state." I'd like the app to handle entries using 24hour time. That's what I use on my Mac and iPhone. So it's a bit tricky to remind myself that 7:00 to do something and it comes up at 7PM. Synchronization works fine. No major problem otherwise.
  • Historically Good App BUT Issues with New Versions - POOR support

    By Super Cheese (Pcmac user)

Have owned this app for a long time. Has a lot of versatility (both timers and reminders), and just worked. However, with some recent updates, I have encountered issues. The first issue is Lack of Support. No one is or has timely responded to my problems. Here are the current issues with the app. Snycing, I run the app on both my Mac and Iphone, Worked great until a recent update. Now my phone and my Mac are out of sync so I am constantly getting pinged by both my Mac and my phone for the same reminders. Second issue: the IOS version of the app keeps pinging me on my Apple Watch. Historically, I have turned the app Reminders off on my phone. I have tripled checked. the app notifications are not turned on for my Iphone nor are the “mirrored” from my Iphone. But somehow they keep showing up on my watch. Not sure how this is even possible. The Most frustrating part is no one is getting back with me.
  • Does not work well with mobile application

    By nelsondean (Pcmac user)

I had the the app app for iOS for quite a while and I loved it. However, I wanted to get it for the computer since I am usually at my computer when the reminders go off. The description says that the desktop app syncs with the iOS app, but only when I first log in. If I am logged in and I add a the app on the computer, it never shows up on my phone (and vice versa) unless I do a manual sync. I have tried to go through the troubleshooting, but nothing seems to change. I admit I have not used dropbox for syncing, but I don't want to install that on my computer and installing it on the computer is the only way to make it work. I reached out to the support team and it has been a week and I still haven't heard back. I also requested a refund because of the complete inaccuracy of their claims. Paying twice as much for two apps that don't communicate is a waste. Keep the iOS, but stay away from the macOS version.
  • The App I Have Always Needed

    By Bruce Lynn (Pcmac user)

the app has become one of my must have apps for my iPhone as well as my desktop. What I most appreciate about this app are its’ many features. You can select alarm sounds, repeat items, sync with the Desktop app and for those who like me are very busy you can snooze alarms using presets. As someone who is not only very busy with many tasks but ADD this app is a real asset to my productivity. Before getting this app I would set reminder alarms and when I was very busy turn off the alarm trusting myself to remember to complete the alarmed task when I finished my current work. More often than not I would forget to do the task that I had set an alarm for. the app’s easy “Snooze” feature solved that problem.
