    Through high school sports, college rowing, marathons, twenty years in the Marine Corps, biking and swimming, I have participated in all types of training programs. Until I started training with Robert, I never realized my full potential. These work outs have the intensity off cross fit but include static and dynamic expansion of range of motion and drive proper body alignment. Following Robert's techniques will help you achieve your fitness goals while greatly reduce injury risk from poor mechanics. My wife and I moved away from his gym, but outfitted our own gym and continue to train with Robert via his blog and videos. This app is an awesome opportunity, not to join the latest fad, but to get super fit for life.

    I have personally work out with Robert and kettlebells for 5 years now and I love the way it makes me look and feel!! I have done his work outs through two pregnancy the first about 4.5 years ago and again when I was pregnant with my twins it was safe and I stayed fit!! I would recommend this work out to anybody but especially to moms who do not have a lot of time it is a total body work out cardio and toning all in an hour. So try it you will love it!!!

    This app has been an outstanding addition to my workouts. As an avid kettlebeller this app far exceeds many of the other workout apps out there. The amount of time and energy put into showing proper form is excellent and I believe would help both the beginner and those of us who might question one of our techniques.     I am a 56 year old guy that was looking at knee surgery and a host of organic disease. As part of a regimen ( food and training), i started working with Robert and now try and get to three classes per week. No longer need surgery... Have lost almost 75 lbs. am the strongest i have bern since high school. Robert has taught me how to work safely. Update: Now bad news is im 58.. Good news is I am doing the app tomorrow am and am down 130 lbs
