What is Плюс 495?
The app is free and ad-free. It helps to find and correct seven-digit phone numbers in contacts by adding the prefix +7 (495) or 498/499. It also corrects numbers starting with the outdated code 8. The app automatically determines the corresponding prefix based on the first three digits of the number. It is designed to add prefixes to phone numbers in the Moscow region (Moscow and Moscow region) in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of Russia dated October 30, 2009, No. 137.
1. Это приложение поможет найти и исправить в контактах семизначные телефонные номера, добавив к ним префикс +7 (495) или 498/499.
2. Например, номер 555-2233 будет заменен на +7 (495) 555-7788, в номер 8 (499) 111-2233 на +7 (499) 111-2233.
3. По первым трем цифрам номера приложение автоматически определит соотвествующий префикс: 495, 498 или 499.
4. Приложение предназначено для добавления префиксов к телефонным номерам московского региона (Москва и Московская область).
5. Переход осуществляется в соответствие с приказом Министерства связи и массовых коммуникаций России от 30 октября 2009 г.
6. А также номера, начинающиеся с устаревшего кода 8.
