4. It depends on the network traffic and/or your device performance and/or server capability which may cause a little bit of delay in response.

Worst customer service/tech support EVER!!!

I've never written an app review before, but I now feel that I need to, due to my horrible experience with umobilecam. It worked okay at first, but then about three weeks ago it stopped functioning and I'm unable to monitor the camera on other devices. I've tried everything and can't fix it. The only customer support or tech assistance offered is through email, so I've sent three, one per week, with no response. I stated the problem, which devices I'm using, what I've tried to do to fix it, and asked for help getting it to work again. No one has replied or even so much as acknowledged that my messages have been received. I relied on this app to check on my dog who has severe separation anxiety, to the point of hurting herself, while I'm away. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Umobilecam gets a one star rating from me. I'd give zero if I could. 👎

Happy to use my old phones works as expected! Must use exactly as instructed on all devices ID , USER, password , etc... Keep the same any issues delete device and start from Scratch!!!

I was a bit leery of this purchase. I've never heard of this vendor before, but with such good reviews, and simple instructions, I had to give it a try. This app delivers 100%. Soooo easy to configure and a nice minimal interface. Best money I've spent this year. Kudos to the devs

Would love the option to not have green light flashing, my kids grabbed my iPad when I was gone wondering what it was, clicked out and it stopped working. An option to run even while some one picks it up and is using other apps (even if just sound) and and option to use a different or less obvious name.
