Install SkyChatViewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! DO NOT PURCHASE!

I am attempting to format Skype chatsync logs created on an iPod Touch (4th generation) running iOS 6.0.1 and the APP does not work at all. The error messages indicate the APP is unable to format the logs. DO NOT PURCHASE THE this app APP! The APP writer should immediately update the APP, offer a refund or fix for customers who purchased it, and update the APP documentation to accurately describe which versions of Skype the APP may work with. The this app Support link takes users to a webpage with NO information except a link that returns to the APP store. The person responsible for this app deliberately ommitted their contact information and there is NO way to request a refund for this worthless APP. Apple should not permit APP writers to accept payment unless they have provided verified contact information. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!

Skype Causing CPU To Be Pegged At 100% - Work Around With This App

On Mountain Lion I am running into an issue where looking through Skype Instant Message History causes the CPU to be pegged at 100% for longer than I care to wait. I wish I could say it was because my hardware is older but I am on the latest Macbook Pro with 16GB of RAM.
Anyhow downloading this application now provides me a method to search Skype Chat History quickly and without seeing any CPU spike. Easily worth the $2 required to download if you are seeing a similar issue to me.

Make sure you quit out of Skype before opening it up, though! Don't know what everyone's talking about down there--it works great.

It works Like it should…but could use more

I purchased this hesitantly after reading the reviews, but to my relief it worked. I will say, one thing that could be a good feature is support for Group chats.
