Install EagleFiler app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EagleFiler"
The search will reveal the EagleFiler app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Woo hoo, tag can finally have spaces! I haven’t tested it yet, but the app shoud finally play nicely with my existing files (which was a major annoyance for me in the last version).
Terrific for managing masses of data

This program does everything it promises and then some. You can file anything (except of some reason stuff from Adobe Reader) in whatever organizational structure you need - web pages, notes, presentations, documents, and emails, all organized in the same folder. The search is quick (alothough I don't have that much filed right now). I am now filing all of my incoming and sent emails… be careful to save any attchment separately though. this app re-opens them in your email program when you need to see them again (I haven't tried yet to process them (e.g. forward)) Certainly one of the better buys I've made for my Mac.

I originally got this app to archive email messages natively- it does that extremely well, allowing you to search and even open the archived mail in your mail application. But it also allows you to store other information, create multiple libraries of archived information and search it all quickly and easily. It does this by sitting on top of the OS so the native formats of the imported files are kept intact. This is a very well thought out program, and Michael the developer is very responsive- he helped me with a small UI bug continuing with it until it was found and corrected.

I have been using this app for over two years, it has become essential in my workflow, and I am extremely happy with it. The fact that the app does not lock me into using it, and that the developer is very responsive to emails and is constantly (albeit slowly) improving the app make this app all the more compelling.
