this app is an excellent little app. It's great for jotting down notes from phone conversations, storing conversation details, and organizing your call history. This app has a cleverly designed user interface. Everything within the app is arranged intuitively; making it extremely easy to input data. I've read a lot of comments saying that this app needs iPhone support. I believe those people are missing the point of this app. Also, the developer of this app is very responsive to feedback. So to all the people asking for iPhone support: submit a feature request. If you need customizable database software try Bento or FileMaker; but brace yourself for a hefty price tag and a lot of hours setting up tables and fields. this app is a FREE mini-app created for the soul purpose of storing phone call information. I would and I have recommend this app to all my friends, family, and co-works who make numerous phone calls on a daily basis. This little app is a WINNER and it's only going to get better with each update.

I wish there was a bit more functionality to this program but overall it works really well. And hey... its free! Worth trying out. Pros: -Simple application that is easy to use from the start. -Printing one or multiple messages. -Ability to save the calls (useful for daily record keeping) -Automatic date/time feature. Cons: (i write this in hopes that the developer will add them soon...pretty please) :) -When you click on the shortcut from the toolbar it often opens a new, blank record book. It would be nice it opened recent and open book. -No fields for "phone number" "to" "urgency level" -Would love a forward button (to email or other networked user) that would copy the current message or specific ones and send them to those that need it. -If it had a "to" field it would be great for automatically sorting the messages for the person and it would be even more awsome if it automatically sent at the end of the day or after recording the message... perhaps work with ARD? -No completed or in-progress message feature (to show what messages you have dealt with or passed on to another).

Very Simple and Useful! I use it all the time now! No more writing down what people say on random pieces of papers or on various apps like stickies or TextEdit. but I have to a agree adding a phone number field would make it a little better - but just a little. Some shortcuts within the app might make it even better too. As for shortcuts to open the app — I think we can all find ways to create a shortcuts for that.
