Great app - city responsive

Overall a great app I use it for reporting graffiti in Burbank This last time they had the graffiti down within 12 hours, very responsive. Go Burbank!!! One issue with app, it fails to turn off GPS when not in use. I have to go into my location settings to disable gps for the app even when it is off. Still highly recommend though because Burbank does use the info on graffiti and fixes the problem. :-)
