Install RPG MapMaker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RPG MapMaker"
The search will reveal the RPG MapMaker app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RPG MapMaker is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RPG MapMaker.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use RPG MapMaker,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "RPG MapMaker" » then Click "Install".
- RPG MapMaker will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

The app does take a little work to figure out, and has some bugs if you want full functionality. Having said that there is potential to be a cool app. I have a IPhone 10R, and when you leave a Map it does not save right, but if you do a quick down and dirty map in a one shot, it works. They need to expand the overlay items as well. If there is a site for users to share maps and items that would be a cool link from within app! I’d like to continue using, as as I said it has potential. One other item that would be cool is a way to duplicate overlay items without going back to the folder each time.

Lots of bugs. Crashes every time I try to send a map to photos or email. No way to lock objects in place, so objects move when I open up a map. Also needs walls and doors to make rooms. Art is nice and with some work it would be a great app. Just not there now unfortunately.
What a rip-off

This app is unusable. There are no instructions on how to do something as simple as start a map. The so-called help section is no help at all. Nothing about this works.

Nothing about this app is convenient, nor customizable. It covers about an 8x8 square and is just plain out terrible.
