Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CryptoQuote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CryptoQuote"
The search will reveal the CryptoQuote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CryptoQuote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CryptoQuote.
Now enjoy CryptoQuote on PC.

Please improve typography!

For a game that is based entirely on text, I'm surprised that the developers seem to know nothing about typography. The interface is so unpleasant to look at. There's no white space around any of the letters; they're just crammed up against the edges of the boxes, and the edges of the screen. Their idea of a visual improvement is to make the name of the author extremely giant size when you solve the puzzle. I'm thrilled that this product is being supported with significant updates. But I just wish they'd pay a little more attention to the aesthetics. I'm also hoping that the quotes won't be quite as sexist as they have been in the past. When one of the tricks to solving the puzzles is is that you know the pronouns are almost always going to be masculine, there's definitely something out of whack. Other than this, the puzzle lives up to its reputation for capturing the spirit of the cryptoquip puzzle Iused to do in the newspaper every day, and that's great.
Bring back the old format

I miss the old format where the new letter appeared above the replaced letter. With this current format, the replacement letter joins the jumbled word making it more confusing and less like an actual pen and paper cryptogram. I’m not certain what was wrong with the original formatted puzzle? This format is more frustrating than fun. I can’t recommend your app in this format.

After waiting years -- YEARS -- for this simple but well designed game to offer an upgrade that would just add a round of new quotes to solve (you know like they did in newspapers for DECADES), the idiots at this company decide instead to completely redesign the game to make it much harder to read, harder to tell the colors apart (in both dark AND light modes) and....... drum roll.... added NO NEW PUZZLES. Here's a puzzle... who is this stupid?

I was happy when the app was finally updated for whichever ios update that was. However, I am unable to record and see my rank in the daily challenge. Very frustrating!! I've tried emailing multiple times and have gotten no response. Please fix this issue or I'm deleting the app. It's been months...
