1. Tingalin is a unique music instrument based on the Albanian lute Çifteli (meaning "pair of strings").

2. Tingalin is also great for those wishing to learn how to play the real instrument.

3. Tingalin simulates strumming by shaking your device, as if strumming the real instrument.

4. The Çifteli is a wooden instrument with a long thin handle and a pear-shaped sound bowl.

5. The first string is used to play the notes while the seconds strings acts as a backup harmonic tune.

6. You can also play back a melody by swiping the bowl on screen or simply pressing the play button.

7. Tingalin offers multiple instrument voicings.

8. This two string lute looks similar to Setar, Saz and Tambura; however, its sound is unique.

9. Continuously strumming plays back the entire melody.

10. Simply slow down the tempo and watch where the notes are played on the handle to follow along.

11. Each voicing can be tuned to the preferred pitch using the slider control +/- 2 octaves.

Finally updated this app I have had since it first came out and I still use it a lot in my opinion a must have app period. The tune is fantastic easy to use relaxing thanks. Love the new look and format it's a whole new app you rock your hard work shows thanks for my favorite app.

I like the whole new look of the app, but the struts are made smaller then the previous version, it is also alittle laggy. What happend to the single individual string playing?
