The goal of Convention of States Project is to have its resolution passed in at least 34 states, to call for a Convention of States to propose amendments to the US Constitution, which fall within one of 3 subject matters, 1) fiscal restraints, 2) term limits, or 3) reduce scope and jurisdiction of the Federal government.
