1. Ripid is a habit tracker app, where you can create habits and join groups to complete the challenge of maintaining a habit for 30 days with your friends.
2. You can start from some simple habits such as walking for 15 minutes, reading 10 pages of book, going to sleep by 11:00 PM, etc… or your own habit you already thought of.
