3. Carthage Water and Electric recently announced the release of the second generation of the company’s phone app called Mobile Customer Access (MCA).
4. This updated phone application builds on the customer’s ability to access their account 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.
5. The customer can even log into the application with a touch of their finger or facial recognition by setting up biometric login.
