What is JAKI?

JAKI is an application that provides access to various official information and public services in Jakarta. It is a portal that integrates various public services in Jakarta and startups, providing a new space to report city problems. It is the first city-based application developed by the Jakarta Smart City Management Unit.

1. JAKI juga menjadi portal integrasi berbagai layanan publik di Jakarta serta berbagai startup, memberikan ruang baru untuk melapor permasalahan kota, dan aplikasi berbasis kota pertama yang dikembangkan oleh Unit Pengelola Jakarta Smart City.

2. Temukan informasi resmi seputar Jakarta langsung dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD).

3. Nilai layanan Pemprov DKI Jakarta sekaligus ikut survei resmi yang akan digunakan dalam membantu penyusunan kebijakan.

4. Temukan berita resmi dan terkini seputar Jakarta diinformasikan langsung oleh SKPD/BUMD di Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Install JAKI app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using JAKI on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "JAKI"
The search will reveal the JAKI app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once JAKI is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including JAKI.
Now enjoy JAKI on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use JAKI,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "JAKI" » then Click "Install".
- JAKI will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- JakWarta: Provides official and up-to-date news about Jakarta directly from the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in DKI Jakarta.

- JakCorona: Provides updates on the latest information and developments on COVID-19 cases in Jakarta.

- Pindai: Allows users to scan the QR code on their Surat Izin Keluar-Masuk (SIKM) document to verify its authenticity.

- JakAman: Provides information and alerts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and is connected to the Jakarta Aman application.

Saya coba daftar pakai email pribadi saya yang kebetulan domainnya ada dash (-) / strip tapi tidak bisa di-input. Anehnya, underscore malah bisa. Dimana sampai saat ini tidak ada domain yang menggunakam underscore. Tolong “bug” ini dirapihkan. Terima kasih
