Install Rategenie app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Rategenie"
The search will reveal the Rategenie app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Rategenie is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Rategenie.
Now enjoy Rategenie on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Rategenie,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Rategenie" » then Click "Install".
- Rategenie will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great stuff

I admit I was skeptical, but after using the app I can say that it's performing as they said it would. I would probably change the layout a little bit since it can be a little bit of a hassle jumping to separate report tabs instead of just having it on the main rental unit page, but that's a very very small complaint in the grand scheme of things.
Innovative"" doesn't cover it

I can't stress how invaluable this app has become for my business. Seriously, it's doing pricing for all of our properties in just a few minutes that'd usually take me many hours, and it's bringing in far more bookings at the same time. If you haven't given it a try yet, I can only recommend it.

I didn't even know what I was getting at first, I thought it was just going to do some math and give me prices to use. This app actually does all of the competitor research and monitors local activities so it can adjust your prices every day...and that's after calculating an entire month in about a minute. It's insane!

It does what it says it'll do - probably more in our case, we never really thought too hard about how much business we're losing because of our fixed rates. It was a lot!
