What is JBL Compact Connect?

The JBL Compact Connect is a mobile application that allows users to control up to four JBL EON ONE Compact PA speakers at a time. The app features Bluetooth audio control and offers complete control over the speaker's settings and capabilities. Users can adjust the mixer, effects, and EQ, and save and recall presets. The app also allows users to update each speaker's firmware.

Overall great little system!

I purchased 2 the app eon one compact speakers. I have yet to test them on an actual gig, but the speakers sound great out of the box. It would be nice to see the app do a little more with the app, such as channel mutes and a little more control over the Bluetooth channel when using two speakers you have to go back and forth to each mixer for the BT settings. The EQ pages are great! Overall though a great small venue basic system.

He hit the nail on the head. Able to load both speakers then just one and now none show up, as available speakers. When both were loaded, only able to stream to one OR the other, not both, at least one at normal volume and the other very faintly. Lots of skipping, speeding up & slowing down of the streaming audio. What gives?
App doesn’t work!!!

Cannot get the app to work on my iPhone. The Bluetooth does connect and works. App does not work on my iPad either!! In fact the speaker will not even connect to my iPad via Bluetooth. Useless without the app imo! The speaker itself is awesome but the app not working is a dealbreaker for me!! On to Bose unless I can get it working in the next few days. 😭😭

The only thing this app does is confirm that there’s a firmware update. Of course, it hangs trying to install the update. Otherwise, the app is buggy and generally allows zero control over the speaker. Can’t even adjust the gain. HK please fix!!!
