✔ Pros:

- Set up is wonderful, allowing pedals to be placed at any position on foot switch

- Missing tap tempo, which is a staple of all effective digital delays

- DigiTech has done a poor job of supporting the app and fixing simple errors

- Limited options for pedals, only allowing for 1 distortion pedal and 1 compressor, among others

- Cannot combine two distortions together, limiting the ability to create certain sounds

Buyer beware

DigiTech has done a exceedingly poor job of supporting this app which is still marred by simple errors which they will not fix. If you buy the iPB-10 pedal, beware that this app is probably as good as it will ever be, and at some point you may not be able to upgrade your iPad to the latest iOS version and still have things work. Is that a problem for you? Then stay away from what unfortunately was a very promising and great sounding pedal.

Am I the only one who notices, out of all the awesome pedals to choose from, they only let you choose 1 distortion pedal; you can't put two distortions together. Why?! It's something like 1 compressor, 1 distortion, 2 delay/mods, 1 eq to choose from, 1 noise gate out a choice of 2, and the volume/wahwah pedal. So if u want a Big Muff sound, with a tube overdrive; you can't do it. It's one or the other. They sell this thing around 600$-800$ Depending on which iPad u get, and advertise like u can do whatever combo; not true, I can't even put two distorts together Which I've been doing since birth. I mean I grew up putting pedals together for a lot less money. Basically I still got to put other pedals with this big thing. Make an update, please! The expensive iPad interface is cool looking

Been a guitarist for 15 years and never have I had so much in my pedal arsenal! This product has allowed me to mesh so many different styles and sounds together unlike any multiprocessor and pedal combination around. Simply amazing. Simple and easy to use, after pulling from the box and updating the firmware, my IPad connected and sync'd up beautifully. Cleverly the 2 DSP engines driving the sound processing work faster than the screen updates (unlike so many other sound processing apps) so there is no sound slippage while you wait for the new tone to load. This allows seamless playing between riffs and and songs. From mellow to heavy metal... SEAMLESS!!! Only thing I'm waiting for is a recording add-on so it can work similarly to the GNX4 and/or a looping function for self practice and solo project fun. BEST PEDAL/APP EVER!!!

Sounds are great. Set up is wonderful. Love the fact that you can place pedals at any position on foot switch(always hated multi effects units that have od and dist on far left,effect pedals always have input on right output on left so real pedal players are used to od dist on the right of board and delays and reverbs on left). It would get 5 stars except for the fact it is missing tap tempo, it's a staple of all effective digital delays and must be addressed in a future update please. Thanks digitech for allowing me to further my addiction to my iPad.
