    Mark's approach to inspiring you to be your best is to be relatable. I started using his You Are Your Own Gym (YAYOG) DVDs a few years ago but then rediscovered his programs again with Mark Lauren On Demand (MLOD), which is available on his website out now through this app. If you're looking for a virtual workout partner who sweats right along with you (especially during his YAYOG and Mobility RX workouts) and want to be part of the best online community of this app enthusiasts, you've come to the right place. There are infinite variations for many of the exercises, and if you're wondering how or if you can adapt exercises to fit your skills or limitations, you probably can.

    Wish I could do 4,5 stars, since that is how I think the first release of this app looks. I have the original YAYOG app, which when I used regularly kept me in the best shape of my life. Cut to 6 months of not working out; and trying to get back into the speed of things, I was looking for some fresh workouts, and a bit of variety. This was the answer for me. The subscription gives unlimited options, the Facebook group gives motivation, and I am still saving loads over any gym membership. Also living as an expat in Germany it is really fun to have both languages available for the workouts! I liked the online on demand but really excited about future app updates. Hoping to see some gamification updates and personal tracking options within the app as it develops. Thanks!!

    I had started with the original You Are Your Own Gym app, which restored a level of functional strength I never would have imagined. At 64 yrs old, I can do all of the outdoor activities I love with my kids and grandkids(mountain biking, hiking, skiing, etc.) and have amazing strength, flexibility and stamina, with NO injuries. It is packed with helpful programs, a bit overwhelming to the newcomer. Start with the basics, then work up. In 6 months you will feel like 20 again!

    I use these videos regularly at home and while traveling. Many of the videos feel like a personal trainer is there with you giving cues on form and focus. When your in need of recovery the videos are exactly what the body needs.
