Install HearingAssist app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HearingAssist"
The search will reveal the HearingAssist app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HearingAssist is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HearingAssist.
Now enjoy HearingAssist on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use HearingAssist,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "HearingAssist" » then Click "Install".
- HearingAssist will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Version (1.4.0) just downloaded doesn’t work

Says no devices found apparently looking for older versions of mine and claims the ones I am using right now cannot be found. Not on my iPad (2 April 2021) and not on my iPhone (1 April 2021). Give me back the previous version which worked great! Or, get version 1.4.1 out quick. 1.4.0 badly represents a great device. Fix it quick.

Hard to work. If I do not use it for a couple of days I cannot get it to connect to my I phone no matter what I try. Pain in the butt
