1. SCP app is the Securitas native app that is built based on the functions available in the Securitas Customer Platform (SCP) webportal.

2. If you need more information about Securitas Customer Platform, please contact your dedicated Securitas contact.

3. • Account Management KPIs – follow up and compare by site reported figures for current and last month.

4. The complete set of functions and data is presented in the SCP webportal, were you can perform more detailed data analysis.

5. SCP app is developed to give you the most important information related to our service delivery - whenever you need it.

6. • Recent Events – shows the latest events and incidents on your sites.

7. By clicking on an event you can drill down to see the details and attached reports.

8. Push notifications will be sent via sms once new critical event is imported.

9. • Contact Persons – who to contact when needed.

10. Direct call or email.

Install SCP app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SCP"
The search will reveal the SCP app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SCP is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SCP.
Now enjoy SCP on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SCP,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SCP" » then Click "Install".
- SCP will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
