2. A free Acer developed app used to easily detect a user’s interpupillary distance.

3. The PC will automatically download the PC app after connecting the Acer OJO 500 (requires access to the Internet).

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Activate the apps; one must show the QR Code while the other must show “Scan”.

6. Place the QR Code towards the scanning smartphone’s camera & follow the instructions.

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Acer IPD Meter"
The search will reveal the Acer IPD Meter app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Acer IPD Meter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Acer IPD Meter.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Acer IPD Meter" » then Click "Install".
- Acer IPD Meter will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It crashes when I press QR code. Scan requires QR code. I don’t get it. This app seems to be useless

It scanned my face and identified my eyes perfectly but it won’t tell you the IPD info. Instead it wants you to display some QR code on your forehead in the image. Umm what? There is no need for a QR code and no way for me to do it. Lame.
