Install Acer Remote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using Acer Remote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Acer Remote"
The search will reveal the Acer Remote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Acer Remote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Acer Remote.
Now enjoy Acer Remote on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Acer Remote Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Acer Remote,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Acer Remote" » then Click "Install".
- Acer Remote will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Cool idea, a little frustrating to use

Set the computer up on my router to always have the same IP and now it connects fine. However, the little arrow to switch between functionalities doesn't work or is blocked by iOS's notification center pull down. You have to close the program and reopen it to switch.
Bugs

The app works appropriately yet there is quite a few bugs that should be fixed. Like not being able to change between mousepad to keyboard or etc.
Needs a major update

Will not show up for iPhone 6plus running iOS v8.3 even though both are running on the same wifi network.
Useless

Won't even load, no instructions on how to connect to your computer in the app description. Absolutely completely useless.
