Install Leap Manager app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Leap Manager on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Leap Manager"
The search will reveal the Leap Manager app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Leap Manager is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Leap Manager.
Now enjoy Leap Manager on PC.

I have never had an Acer product, and this may be my Last. Thank goodness I didn't pay for this, it was given as a gift. I wouldn't pay my hard earned money in 2016 if Acer doesn't fix the issues PLAGUING this device. Only gives my text notifications once and a while (60% of the time) NEVER correctly gets my sleep right, and the clasp broke immediately after receiving this and costumer service was not helpful AT ALL.

At first I really liked this band. Now, I'm starting to realize it has a lot of short comings. 1) I turned off the easy awake feature, yet the screen still turns on when ever I shake my wrist. 2) does not track sleep properly. 3) why is it that this thing can't hold more than a day worth of information? I mean it's only 2 am(3rd shifter) and I lost all of my activity from "yesterday" just because I didn't open the app. This is unrealistic tracking. Not sure I'm going to be able to continue using this product.

For the price the acer beats out everybody. Doesn't have a heart monitor so it's an entry level tracker. But Wearing the acer had gotten me up and out of the house logging about 17,000 steps a day. If your steps from previous days don't show in the log try closing the app and getting back in. Sometimes they won't show up until I do this a couple of times but eventually they get there.

I've had this tracker for 24 hours and was very pleased with my purchase until I woke up this morning and had no trace of yesterday's tracked info?! The app has the charts option to view weekly and monthly stats on all the measured metrics and a personal best and daily average section, but apparently all of this is useless... Despite the ~3k steps I took yesterday (an estimate since the app has no trace of this info anymore), now, 8 hours later, my personal best stat is the 31 steps I've taken this morning?!? How is this a fitness tracker if it does not actually let you track your fitness information?!?
