What is Scale-Tec POINT?
The POINT® scale indicator app is a companion app for the POINT indicator by Scale-Tec. It allows users to remotely display weight readings, zero the scale, and adjust various settings via Bluetooth. The app also serves as a remote support tool to connect with the Scale-Tec product support team for diagnosing scale issues.
1. This app is designed to be used as a remote display for POINT devices via Bluetooth as well as a remote support tool to connect directly with the Scale-Tec product support team to diagnose scale issues.
2. Scale-Tec can also perform a remote support session with you, allowing Scale-Tec to virtually access your POINT scale indicator and diagnose your entire scale system.
3. • Adjust 25+ individual scale display settings such as brightness, contrast weight units, scale capacity, and refresh rate.
4. • Connect to Scale-Tec’s live remote support for instant diagnosis and adjustments to the scale.
5. Refine scale calibration, adjust the sensitivity, change the screen contrast and more via the smart settings within the app.
6. Use your iPhone or iPad to view the scale weight and tare or zero the scale.
7. • Directly override and adjust gross weight displayed on the scale.
8. • Remotely zero your scale using Bluetooth wireless technology.
