1. This app is designed to be used as a remote display for POINT devices via Bluetooth as well as a remote support tool to connect directly with the Scale-Tec product support team to diagnose scale issues.

2. Scale-Tec can also perform a remote support session with you, allowing Scale-Tec to virtually access your POINT scale indicator and diagnose your entire scale system.

3. • Adjust 25+ individual scale display settings such as brightness, contrast weight units, scale capacity, and refresh rate.

4. • Connect to Scale-Tec’s live remote support for instant diagnosis and adjustments to the scale.

5. Refine scale calibration, adjust the sensitivity, change the screen contrast and more via the smart settings within the app.
