The search will reveal the Calcat app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Such a cute app, hated to delete it

It does not have a percent option and I use it frequently. The tax option is nice, unfortunately it does not offer quarter tax options it rounds to the whole number. My tax is 8.25% so it is not helpful if you need it to be accurate. Good option for simple math, just didn’t work for me.
