I just love this app! I own 7 vintage typewriters and use them all the time for memory keeping. This app is just like the real thing- except faster and I don’t have to worry about the ribbon. Haha. And I can edit the app mistakes. 👍🏻 I will be making the app lists, writing quotes to post on Instagram and more with this app. And the different fonts and font sizes you can choose are so cool.

I own MANY actual, manual typewriters and this app is legit: Easy to use, excellent typing sound simulation; LOVE the different make/model font options and look forward to seeing more added. (Hoping there will be a dual ink ribbon option soon to type key words in red.) Love the ease of export - all the app texts to friends will now be done on this app. Well done! Best app to come along in awhile.

I must have searched for 40 minutes for a normal typewriter app. Everything else is garbage. This is exactly what I was looking for months ago. I love that there are multiple typewriter fonts, the size is adjustable and the preview mode is great. It feels authentic. Inspired to write more and can’t wait to use this app instead of the 15-part process I was using with a combination of other apps! If you write, you need this. Don’t even look at the other ones- trust me.

Being a regular typist, the typing experience simulates the real experience as well as you could expect (if only there was a way to rattle the phone during typing). Overall, this is a good virtual typewriter. Pros: - realistic type set - realistic typing sound and motion - saving and exporting - Realism - In app project save. - It's nice being able to move the type location where one needs it. Cons: - there's a bit of a learning curve - the application crashes when trying to save locally on the device and loses ones work. I sent to "Messages" to myself and then saved to the app phone as a work around. - I learned to save the project regularly as to not lose things Enhancement recommendations: - allow cut and paste (I know that defeats the point of the simulator but it's worth the investment for those that want the "type" without the work) - Add a watermark option - It would be nice to have different canvas options - colors, textures, and perhaps an import from the "photo album".
