Install Type S Drive app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Type S Drive on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Type S Drive"
The search will reveal the Type S Drive app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Type S Drive is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Type S Drive.
Now enjoy Type S Drive on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Type S Drive Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Type S Drive,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Type S Drive" » then Click "Install".
- Type S Drive will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Bugs, bugs, bugs, bugs...........

I hate how this app asks every second to use the phones bluetooth!!!!! I don't use a back up camera or parking sensors and i didn't allow the app to connect to my bluetooth then why the heck is asking me to connect to my phones bluetooth every second??????? Literally every second!!!!!!!! The device it self is great but the app doesn't stop a second asking for bluetooth! I don't use a backup camera and a parking sensor then stop asking me to allow bluetooth connection EVERY SECOND..... i hade bluetooth in general, i don't use bluetooth!!! The reason i picked this camera is that it connects with the phone via wifi! Even if i got a back up camera would be better to connect the back up camera to the dash camera via bluetooth or wifi not to my phone.
No frills parking sensor

Sensor works simply. 3 feet it alerts green, 2 feet it alerts yellow and about 1 foot it alerts red. Install & setup: Be sure to initially charge the sensor (about 2 hours) before install. It is easy to install to the back of your license plate with included sticky tape. I’d suggest washing the back of your plate for better adhesion. Scan barcode, download app - done. Press the Bluetooth button the sensor, it pairs rather quickly - again done. It’s no frills, so don’t expect extra features. Pros: It works as described, no frills, Cons: Tone used is annoying but it can be muted. You have to remember to turn it on (no easy on button), side to side alerting is iffy, it just shows up as ‘something is behind you’. So you don’t know if its to the right or left - its just behind. Overall: It’s a ‘No frills parking sensor that just works’

Talk about a seamless installation - I am not tech-savvy and this took me less than 5 minutes to install. The parking sensor is solar powered so you never have to worry about changing the battery. I now receive alerts when I’m close to hitting and object and it’s a breeze to parallel park! The app provides audio and visual displays for seamless safe driving!
Easy to use!

I received the wireless backup camera today and was pleased with the easy install and setup. This is a great product and very easy to use! I highly recommend it! I am happy to find a unique resource for a camera other than having to go buy a newer car with camera features.
