    If you go to the explanation of the excise, the weird animated guy is not doing what the text is describing. If they can’t even get that to match I don’t have a whole lot of confidence in the actual work out plan. But I started it and figured it would still be good for my shoulders and the app. Then it has you doing skater squats. That’s fine if I want this app for overall work out, but I already ran 10 miles and want something for my shoulders like the app implies. There is also no way to contact them and ask a question or just let them know about the explanation issues.
