Works Great for Me!
By bdscon01 (Pcmac user)
The app works fine for me. I had a package delivered the day after I moved in and retrieved it without any issues. I’m thankful for this service because I got home after the leasing office was closed and was able to get my package with ease. It’s much more convenient than having to wait until the next day when the leasing office opens especially since they open after I have to be at work. I had no problems registering or signing in via the website. To all the people complaining about this service: may I suggest slowing down and reading the directions? Also, the leasing offices of apartment complexes shouldn’t have to hold packages and wait for residents to pick them up. My last apartment complex did that and didn’t have a service like this and their back room was FULL of packages. There were so many packages they actually had a hard time finding them when a resident would come to pick them up. This service is useful. It protects the apartment complex from missing package claims and gives residents direct control over package retrieval for $20/year! Quit whining about the “legality” of this service and quit being helpless babies about signing up. Just read the directions and if you can’t figure it out, call customer service. Don’t rate an app 1 star and complain because you’re a mental midget. Have a great day!

The Worst
By HCM386 (Pcmac user)
If you’re being forced to use this locker system, you have all my sympathy. this app has not worked from Day 1, and I frankly don’t have high hopes for the future. My delivery men and women and I have only experienced issues with this system. Lockers will not open in response to the computer. You say to yourself, “Ah, at least they give me a locker number, so I know where it’s supposed to be!” And then you realize the lockers aren’t even numbered. So you go to the office (who refuses to accept packages) and they have a key. So you go and you unlock lockers one by one manually based on where you think you hear the clicking sound of a locker that ~should~ be opening. Only there’s nothing in the locker. Because, naturally, it didn’t open at the time of delivery either. So now you have a package that is “delivered” in everyone’s system but has vanished into thin air. Congratulations! Now you get to call the company your purchased from and try to convince them that you still need what you purchased. Good luck winning that war! And if you do, you’ll only experience the same issues again. And again. And again. So you think you’ll be smart and leave delivery instructions! Problem solved? Wrong. Somehow all of your delivery instructions are overwritten by “Deliver To Locker” and the problem persists. This product/service REALLY needs to take a hard look at their system and come up with some solutions. Until then, STAY AWAY!!!!!

App was working now it’s not.
By Serge098767447 (Pcmac user)
When I first moved into my complex and was told that we would be using this app I thought about how cool it was going to be. For the first year it worked ok. There was times we didn’t get a notification about our package. As of today my app tries to load in but stays on the loading screen and sometimes we don’t get notifications for any of our parcels through the app. We get texts but usually a day or two after it’s been delivered. So far from reading other reviews it seems that the developers don’t care about the app anymore and are just loving the money they are getting. The only reason why I’m giving this app three stars is because it used to work. The developers need to pay more attention to the app and start fixing these bugs and helping out the customers who pay for their service.

Extremely Convenient
By lmoyer92 (Pcmac user)
I'm sure the other reviews really are experiencing issues, but perhaps we have a different system since I've experienced nothing but easy access to my packages at any hour of day.
Previously, I would need to rush home after work in order to make it to the office before they closed to pick up my packages, but now I just go and grab it whenever. Being able to open the locker with my phone is fantastic, and the app is simple and easy to use overall.
Extremely convenient and haven't experienced any issues yet (been a little over a month and we get a package 1-3 times a week). Will update my review if anything changes.
