FIX THE PROBLEM

I have a lot of .the app files. I’m purchased this application under the impression that I will read and convert those files. The problem is that I can’t open or convert anyone. So, If you fix this maybe I would categorically five five star. But until that happen I rate this application with one star.

I have been using the other the app viewer which is functional but has some limits in what it can convert to. This app appears to convert to word, which would be great for editing files on device. Only problem is that this app doesn’t open my the app files. Same files open fine in the other viewer app. Would be an easy four stars once this is worked out.
