All of ur features are good but not happy with ur account settings. Like i have two this app accounts but i use only one smartphone...so I can’t use the two accounts at a time...it’s horrible...so u should focus on it and make the settings so that we can use two or more accounts in one smartphone....like at the starting we have to give our pin number above it there is showing account number...make the account number section editing system...so that we can give our other this app account number n pin number..make sure this changes in ur next update.. thank you
Need gift card buying option

I’m using it since many years and about every features i need is present without the option of buying a gift card option. When you release this new app I thought that could be in it. However I suggest to give the option of buying gift card. Please..... And yeah subscriptions of online steaming site.
iPad Compatibility

It ought to be an utter shame for the owners of this app that the app, even almost at the end of 2019, is still not customized for use on the iPad. The interface covers only half the screen on iPad which looks horrible and is really irritating. Since it is obvious that lack of fund is not at all an obstacle for this app (Brac Bank) and that the developers surely are more than capable to do it, the logical conclusion is that the only thing responsible for this failure is goodwill and oversight. Wish both the owners and developers of this app would step up and do something to solve this dire issue.
Transaction History

My app doesn’t show transactions of sending money or making payments. I faced this issue quite a number of times, I made payment or have been sending money to someone but the app doesn’t show in the transaction records. Which delays the process and I can’t confirm that the money has been sent. It never comes from in my transaction history. The money has been deposited and no text messages as well. It really gets confusing and embarrassing at the same time. Hope this app will sort this issue out!
