1. This app is meant to help people live happier, healthier, and more content lives through encouragement of personal growth, and service to others.
2. It is meant to simply join your day to day routine and help you remember to take at least one action each day that helps yourself or others.
3. Scroll up and down to see the past few weeks, and scroll all the way up to see some basic stats and visualizations of the last 30 days.
4. That’s it - no zero days does nothing else.
5. No emails, passwords, streaks, chains, or bugging you with reminders.
6. No Zero days is a very simple app.
7. You can mark an activity as complete for a day simply by tapping a category box.
8. If you press and hold a box, you can add a note for that category for that day.
9. It does almost nothing.
