Fix app connection issue

I can’t connect the dashcam to its app after installing the latest ios app on my phone. The cam however works, but its app become useless. Try to fix this asap.
Cannot play recorded videos

I manage to comment my phone to the cam’s hotspot but the app refuses the acknowledge the connection. I’ve tried both on my iPhone and Android phone with the same result. Garbage app.
