Download the app from the developer, NOT from the App store. I downloaded this app from the App store. After the convoluted install (you have to remember to activate the plug in from the Mail preferences menu if you're running Mojave), NOTHING worked. The send later button didn't work, the snooze button didn't work, the reminder button didn't work, the notes button didn't work, the tasks button didn't work... The list goes on. The app, as downloaded from the App Store is totally useless. I completely removed the app from my system. A bit difficult because there is no way that I could see to do it from the app. Then I installed the app by downloading it from the developer's website. That install worked. The buttons worked. Not sure if I'll keep it installed, there are a lot of hoops to dive through to get the app to work with your email account. You have to set up an account online with the developer, and give the app access to your gmail accounts etc. And the developer keeps a log of your activities on their server. That might be a deal breaker.
The butler stole my happiness

Hello, Mail Butler was doing just fine, right around the update coming out for 2.2.2 things stopped working. Well bits are sort of working I didn't want to toggle on my tracking unless I absolutely wanted to check something only need to track about 30 messages a month and test/check for open. Also my Undo Send functionality i.e. the drop down or pop-up box accounts down in my send mail disappeared, completely, and support is scratching their heads. Awkward sure what happened to blame it was rather coincidental.. I'm wondering if I pay for premium and everything will start working, wink wink nudge nudge… that would probably be my thought on that. I believe I paid $15 to get mail Butler in the first place, and well that was a true loss. Since it actually worked pretty well.. Unhappy in Portlandia
Nothing but trouble

I have been using this program for the last year and it just keeps getting worse. It locks up mail software as well as any other program open on the same screen. When I uninstall it, everything works fine.
This app can NOT be deleted and keeps having pop ups

This app has gone rogue and I can't delete. Tried manually deleteleting all files pwer there support and still popped up (yes I emptied the trash). And then, i even clicked the unistall button, and it REINSTALLED EVERYTHING AGAIN after it was deleted. THIS App is not good and i get a pop up to login in every 2 minutes in Mail App.
