It says you have renewals but you may not!

I gathered up the books that we finished to return them to the library with the intention to renew all of the books that we have not finished. According to this app, all of the books that I left at home had available renewals (ie 4/9), but when I got to the library they wouldn’t let me renew some of them because somebody had put a hold request on a couple of the books that I left at home intending to renew. Don’t trust the “available renewals” section! The app is also really slow, I find that it’s better to just log in through the website then it is to use this app.

Slow and inaccurate all the time

So what use is an app which is slow and inaccurate anytime.
I have 14 items checked out(all chdcked out same time with same due date) and I login to my account, I see 5. It is not 0, it is not 14, it is 5. What logic is this?
Unreliable and inaccurate.
Please dont use this app.
The county used tax payers money to pay for a crappy app or they spent it on something else and gave us this app for results. No wonder people in SBC are frustrated.
