What is VSmaHome?

VSmaHome is a mobile app that allows users to view real-time video surveillance from their cloud camera. It provides remote PTZ control, real-time intercom, video electronic amplification, and other functions. The app also sends real-time alerts and information push notifications to the user in case of any abnormal activity detected in the environment. Additionally, the app offers an automatic subscription service for cloud storage.

Software Features and Description

1. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select VSmaHome subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription.

2. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.

3. For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration.

4. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.

5. If you do not close the subscription 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue to authorize, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

6. VSmaHome is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with cloud camera.

7. Real time alarm and information push.

8. When the environment is detected, the client will receive the alert information immediately.

Once VSmaHome is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including VSmaHome.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use VSmaHome,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "VSmaHome" » then Click "Install".
- VSmaHome will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App keeps crashing!!!

I absolutely love this camera, I use it as a baby monitor! I’ve been having trouble opening the app though, I’ve tried deleting it & redownloading it as well as checking for updates. Unfortunately nothing is working as soon as I open and attempt to sign in the crashes, goes black, & closes out the app. I DESPERATELY need this to work again, it’s been this way for a while. I’ve attempted to try and find a way to get into contact with someone about this issue but wasn’t able to find a way, hopefully someone will see this and can help! Not a bad review though, love the product!😂

My package arrived today. It took about 5 days for free shipping. I wasn’t planning on setting my camera up because my wifi account got terminated. By chance I tried to see if it would work being connected to my AT&T hotspot, and sure enough, it worked. It was such an easy setup. I bought the wall mounts as well. With the wall mounts I was able to screw by my window. They are adjustable. I was able to rotate it clockwise at a 360 degree angle to get the perfect view. It’s pretty clear. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. Planning on ordering 2 more for the inside of my house.

Now I know who took the last swig of milk and placed it back in the fridge. But overall I put a camera facing my front door (I don’t have a back door) because I live in a neighborhood where crackheads just walk in everyone’s houses so this way I can get a good look at them. And I can see them approaching because I installed a camera right outside my door, which shows the little lobby section so I can help keep an eye on things for my neighbor as well. The two way speak is the best because my brother didn’t know it came with it and I scared him poopless the other day.

My mom bought this so she could watch me while I take care of the baby. Everything was going smoothly until now. It says ‘network connection failed, try again later’ but it’s connected to the WiFi. I’ve tried Ethernet, but it still does not display video. I try to submit feedback but the submit button doesn’t go through. I’ve tried to go back with the arrow but it just presses and does nothing, I have to close the app and re-open it every time I go to the camera’s settings. It’s getting frustrating. I’m sure I’m not the only getting this problem please fix it quick. Thank you
