Install DYU app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using DYU on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DYU"
The search will reveal the DYU app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DYU is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DYU.
Now enjoy DYU on PC.

Up to 30km/h

The speed on this e-bike through this app used to be “up to 30km/h.” What happened with this last update???? Now the speed through this app will only let you choose up to 25km/h. Why would you do this???? I had quite a few people sold on buying a this e-bike because of the convenience and most importantly the speed. If this isn’t fixed soon I will have to go back and tell these people to look elsewhere. Not a very happy person!!!! Please fix this very soon!!!! (Update version 1.4)
Problems with the DYU D3

I cant adjust speed with it. Startup settings doesn't work. Cant lock it. App crash when you go on Basic Information Please update it !!!!!! Thanks
