Install uTools app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using uTools on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "uTools"
- The search will reveal the uTools app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once uTools is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including uTools.
- Now enjoy uTools on PC.

App still works fine but... (update)

I recently purchased the 128gb drive three weeks ago. Everything worked fine until a few days ago when I tried saving a video to the drive and it only partially saved it. It only saved about 2 minutes of the video. The info on the file has the correct size (about 264mb), but the video freezes at around 2 minutes. I tried deleting and saving it again, same thing happened. I tried saving a different video file, same thing happened there (freezes at around 1 minute). I tried erasing and reinstalling the app, doesn’t fix it. I’ve used up about 20gb of space on the drive, about 25%. At this point, I think I might have to reformat the drive, which will erase every file on it. I purchased the drive because it was a cheaper option. If I would have known it was going to stop working so soon, I would’ve purchased one from DUO-LINK or another option. The app still works for me, by the way.
—- Update: As of June 9th, 2019 the app has now stopped working. It doesn’t even open.

Few Issues

I have read the help documents, i cant delete photos from the app, i have to actually go to my photo app and delete them.. going back and forth is a pain hope you can fix it. Plus i click on Internal storage and it shows nothing, but says im using 35% space, other than those 2 issues, i have no more problems

Don’t waste your money

If I could give this device a minus five rating, I would. In my opinion, this device is totally worthless. The directions are poorly translated into English. I purchased this device to download photos from my iPhone. Nothing I have tried has worked. I then tried downloading Contacts and the device indicated “done.” When I checked, only one Blocked Caller number was downloaded! I would return this device but with Amazon’s new policy penalizing shoppers for returning items, it looks like I am stuck and have wasted my money. Not happy!!!
If anyone can figure out how to make this device work to download and store photos from an iPhone, please post so I can give it another try.

I don’t know if you have figured out how to use the flash drive, if you haven’t there is a help option in the settings which goes through the instructions. It is a simple copy paste method. You go to internal which allows you to browse your device, once you have found what you would like to save, you click edit,
Select, copy, move to external, destination, click copy here to paste item and Walla! Enjoy!
