Download and install the UScellular™ – My Account app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using UScellular on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "UScellular"
- The search will reveal the UScellular™ – My Account app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once UScellular is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including UScellular.
- Now enjoy UScellular on PC.

How to download and use UScellular App on Windows 11
To get UScellular on Windows 11, check if there's a native UScellular Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing UScellular:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

Poor Technology/ system

I’ve been with US Cellular for over 15 years. Lots of changes but I think I’m calling it quits after this current change of having owners login online account down for over month and do not even have plans for it being back up till first of new year. What modern day company knowingly takes down a system without having a new one in place??
If you call customer service you can tell they’ve been overwhelmed with the call because they don’t have answers except sorry “they are trying to make sure they work out all the bugs”. Poor CS relations with long term customers and NO real concern or reasons why? If you got hacked ; disclose ! That would make way more sense to what you are truly dealing with .
Long story short ... don’t download this App nor sign up with them !! Try another larger firm who has it all together !

It’s not you, it’s us...

When I try to load my account home page it has been giving this error UUID (and the message “it’s not you, it’s us”) for 7 days now (as long as I have been trying). My dad has the same issue with his account and the app. Web site is the same. Not quite sure how a company can have such a critical error for so long. The billing page can be loaded, but it is also messed up. I paid my bill on the day it was due, but nine days later it said it is overdue. I paid again thinking I missed something but 7 days later it still says I have a payment due. The payment history has all my payments so I know they were completed, but it still says I am overdue. Somebody at US Cellular needs to wake up and fix their problems.

Horrendously AWFUL

I pay my bill every month on time and I was about to pay my bill this month on the 25th (it’s due the 29th) but as I try to log into my app to see my paperless bill it wants to send me an email or text with a temporary password. I have an iPhone. I have my credentials in said iPhone. With Face ID. Who the hell are you worried about getting into my personal information when I trust that my info is already safe. You’re trying to do your part and I commend you for that, but put on some hip hop music and they’ll tell you “You’re doing too much”
Now my bill will not be paid until you’ve mailed me a bill I can see, and if my service gets interrupted because of your mistake? I’ll promptly take my number and business elsewhere.

Awful

This is the worse app I have ever used. I have to un-download and re-download it ever time I want to use it. Then if the app is downloaded the website will give me an error stating “it’s not you, it’s us” and it will not download the my account page. I feel like from a large phone company like this that is suppose to make life easier with access to different apps would make theirs be a number one priority. The last update seen was one month ago. I do not see this an an acceptable way of running an app or company. This rating makes us give you at least one star to post, however if I could there wouldn’t be a single star rating. Please correct this error so that we can access our account easily.
