Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "My Shaw"
The search will reveal the My Shaw app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once My Shaw is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including My Shaw.
Now enjoy My Shaw on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use My Shaw,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "My Shaw" » then Click "Install".
- My Shaw will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Terrible

Terrible service terrible app. 2 hrs today and no progress with the phone or the app. To sort out the app bill. When you get to first in line on the app for chat, you apparently have at least 30 more minutes to wait.
The worst

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Been on hold on chat over 2 1/2 hrs. Started at 9 AM and it is now 1:47 PM. Even worse trying to get thru on the telephone. How Shaw survives I’ll never know
I can’t find the free range app in the App Store
