4. This public service Site (PLS) aims at providing free access to the KP laws (principal/substantive as well as delegated/subordinate).

5. The prime responsibility of the State is not only to make laws but also to provide an efficient mechanism of monitoring, viewing and publishing them.

6. Arrangements are on ground to keep the PLS updated on regular basis.

Install KP CODE app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using KP CODE on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "KP CODE"
The search will reveal the KP CODE app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once KP CODE is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including KP CODE.
Now enjoy KP CODE on PC.
