Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Smarter 3.0 on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Smarter 3.0"
The search will reveal the Smarter 3.0 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Smarter 3.0 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Smarter 3.0.
Now enjoy Smarter 3.0 on PC.

Frustrating setup but cool gadget

Once you get over the set up hurtles it’s a pretty cool app. Search in the App Store for iKettle yielded no results. There were no links to the app on their website that I could find. So I typed in the address for the app listed in the set up instructions included in the box. This led me to a 404 page. The instructions in both the app and the included documentation don’t make clear that the blinking light you’re looking for at the beginning of the process to sync it is on the bottom of the charger base (that info is listed on the following step). You have to manually type the SSID instead of being able to just click on it like most devices. Another issue that I’m having is I have not been able to find a way to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Calibrating the water level failed the first three times. All of these issues led to a very frustrating set up process. After that though it’s pretty remarkable to be able to turn the kettle on before I get out of bed. Great product and app but the set up process and documentation need to be refined.

So the coffee maker will arrive to you set up that you can make a minimum of 4 cups and a max of 12. The company can send you a firmware update letting you go down to a 2 cup minimum which is awesome. The only problem is that the app will only allow you to go down to 4 cups. This means that after I make my coffee in the morning (3 cups), I have to manually switch it to 2 cups for when my wife wakes up. After she has her coffee she has to manually switch it back to 3 cups for me for the next day. We can only use the app to start it if the other person manually set it up. The app is great if we both get up and need to switch it over to 5 (or more) cups.

Love my coffee maker and it has the capability to do what i want however software limita device. On droid i was able to brew 1-12 cups on iphone i M limited to 4-12 only so single serve or just a large go cup u end up wasting alot of coffee. Warmer stops after 40 min so u cannot enjoy coffee and u end up guzzling down a cup so that u can still get warm refills. Great idea great device however ....software is limiting... sad
No more cups

We have a kettle synced with this app. The new update seems nice enough, except now it is only giving approximations of the water level (e.g. empty, low, half). It’s a pretty big kettle so it feels like those could mean anything, particularly as the kettle has no markings or gauge on the outside. I preferred when it gave the water level in cups. I don’t know if we are able to change it back to cups, but I haven’t been able to find any way of doing so.
