Install FitrWoman app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using FitrWoman on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FitrWoman"
    • The search will reveal the FitrWoman app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once FitrWoman is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FitrWoman.
    • Now enjoy FitrWoman on PC.

  • Why is the date always wrong?

    I like the idea of this app but I have a hard time trusting information from an app that can’t get the date right. The date consistently displays as one day behind. For example today is October 13 but the calendar displays it as October 12. If you can’t figure out what the date is when running on a device that knows exactly what the date and time is how on earth can I trust that you’re presenting accurate data? Scientific papers after all are much more complicated sources of information than a calendar.

    I am still getting into the habit of using this app, it has some very helpful feature. I am enjoying the articles, the health tips, and recipes. With the cycle tracker I would like to see a few more symptoms added. I have never had stomach cramps, they are higher in the abdomen. I regularly experience uterine cramping and occasionally bowel cramping. I would appreciate if these options were included. And keep up the good work. ❣️

    This is one of those apps I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. It’s given me such insight into when I can push hard, when I need to dial it back and how neither one of these things have anything to do with my “motivation” or “dedication”. Head games be gone! I’d love to see a few more options for symptoms such as discharge and mood (such as sadness, rage).

    This app is the best app I have ever downloaded! So insanely helpful. Amazing tool coupled with your dedication to getting to know your own body, train your body, and take care of your body! I thought I was out here on my own trying to manage the “monthly lady biz”. Finally a tool that helps me understand exactly what’s taking place and what my body is asking me for.
