This is the best review I've ever given any app. I didn't realize in the beginning how it would keep me on track. Your goal to the app daily is based on your weight. I AM eating less, since I'm drinking so much water daily. 😄 I'm trying to get the rest of my family interested now-I love this app and wish I had gotten it sooner! (I forgot to hit the 'send' button-now it is months later and I am still using this app!)
