Install MyScouting app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using MyScouting on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyScouting"
- The search will reveal the MyScouting app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once MyScouting is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyScouting.
- Now enjoy MyScouting on PC.

Thank you for the quick response with the glitch on one of my courses. Support looked into the issue. Sent out an alert about maintenance time the day it was shut down later I received an email notifying me of the resolution. Sadly I couldn’t login. Could have been my phone not sure. This time I called wasn’t waiting very long and within minutes I was logged back in. Thank you so much for all the knowledge I am receiving from this app for me to better myself, for my son, our den and pack. Great app. And the sync process is just the easiest thing ever. Not sure how it use to be but Thanks again for everything. Especially for the experience I can creat with my son, den, pack. God Bless.

Improving the old would have been better idea

Update: lost a star, I can’t see any my units rosters. I click on them and get the district. It offers the sub-districts as the district is two counties but I click on that and get a white screen. Click on change, hoping it will bring up the pack or the troop but no such luck! Beyond irritating as I don’t know how I’m supposed to utilize it as it is

I used the old app all the time as both a Unit Commissioner and District Training Chair. I found it useful to see each units rosters and especially YPT. Frequently throughout the year I’d email units a congratulations for everyone being YPT compliant or reminders that YPT was expired or would soon be expired. I saw a jump in compliance when I started doing that coupled with offering group YPT training to units. Please bring back the YPT gage and open up the unit views for Unit Commissioners and Training Chairs at least! Its fairly useless to me otherwise.
Also add on fingerprint sign-on!!

I see so many complaints and can’t help but wonder why? The occasional bug should be expected and they are getting corrected so why complain? Report it and give it some time. Ignorant comments just make you look foolish. Jeesh!
The app has worked well for me and is coming along nicely. Keep adding features and it will be fantastic. In the future some roster section add ons would be cool. When you click on the leader or scout name a completed training and awards section/drop down would be awesome. Thanks.

Good info, challenging to navigate

I have quickly found a lot of useful data including Unit and Commissioner tools, and online training. It’s great that I can complete training on my smart phone. This is a big improvement over training of the past. It is challenging how many clicks it takes to complete the training though. I navigated through 12 clicks from logon to the start of a module, and then another six clicks to get from one module to another. This adds substantial time and overhead to the training. With some user enhancements, this app will continue to be useful for many scouters.
