- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use smart therm 2,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "smart therm 2" » then Click "Install".

My smart therm doesn’t work with the WS thermometer app or this app

I couldn’t get the WS thermometer app to work because that was Bluetooth and my the app thermometer has WiFi. Looked at the Williams Sonoma website and downloaded this app - thought that was promising because my thermometer looks like the one online and the one in this app. However, this app only seems to work with a the app thermometer 2 which apparently I don’t have. Even though this app connects via WiFi, the app doesn’t recognize my the app thermometer. Beyond annoyed at this Williams Sonoma product we received from our wedding.

Connection incomplete. So bummed!

I’m trying to sync my this app right now. It doesn’t go any further than a blank MySmartTherm page. Where a round temperature display should be. I’m so sad. Sounded like a good idea with coordinating other dishes cooking times and what not. The Thermometer itself does work. But I can’t check my roast’s progress from my couch. I actually have to get up. 😂😂 I will be returning this tomorrow. The bummer though is I also gave one as a gift. 😶

Crap App

Went to use my Williams Sonoma the app Therm for holiday cooking. Opened original app, was told that developer didn’t support iOS 11. Installed this app app. Went through the steps to sync app, thermometer and iPhone X. Never went beyond blank screen. It never showed up as a wi-fi option. I now have a useless paperweight. Williams Sonoma now sell JUNK at premium prices. I will no longer shop at WILLIAMS SONOMA!!!

Would not connect

You have to have an account with William Sonoma in order to use this device. Even after going through these ridiculous steps, I was still unable to login.
