What is BodyTastic?
Bodytastic Abs is a fitness app that focuses on body weight or calisthenics exercises such as abs, squats, pushups, pullups, and burpees. The app provides motivation, suggestions from the coach, and different modes to count abs repetitions. It also offers free or guided abs training modes, an intelligent system to track progress, a graph to monitor progress, and notifications to remind users to train.
