Amazing idea!
By Ranzatsu (Pcmac user)
Rating:
I’m giving this app five starts because I LOVE the concept and I really want to see this app develop and prosper. Though there are bugs that should bring the rating down, I just want to show this app and the developers love because they have something great in their hands and I hope they can really upgrade it and meet its true potential.
Bugs:
At the moment it won’t let me add new bugs without my phone basically restarting. I’m wondering if that has to do with the new IOS. Really hope this can be fixed. Also, when you add your own photo of a plant (when I could add plants) you couldn’t adjust the image up or down, it’d just stay right in the middle. You could zoom in though.
Plants:
I can understand that there are so many plants and having information for all of them will take time. So I will be patient and just request plant info when there isn’t any info. I really hope more will be added!
Concept:
It’s just a really great concept and really great for someone who loves their plants. I love that you give the option to add your own photo and even nickname them because god knows all my plants have nicknames. Thank you so much for those cute features. It really personalised the app.
I look forward to updates for this app and what it brings! Also, you guys hiring? Hahah just kidding, but thank you for this cool app.

Love the Aesthetic but a Few Things
By Jackie=^.^= (Pcmac user)
I have just started using this app and I love getting to make little profiles for my plants. I think the community tab is a great idea too; however, I really wish that there was a notes section for each of my plants so I can write down dates of small things that I have done like give it a new pot, placed it somewhere new, discovered a new sprout or color to the leaves, etc. It would be even better if there was a calendar view for all of the notes taken of the plants. I think this would be a feature that adds a lot of heart and utility to the app. Another note I would add is to update the plant catalog, although I am aware that there are many different plants and updating it to have a nearly everything would take a long process. Other than that, I look forward to using this app as my plant reminder and possibly journal in the future.

Search function essential and missing
By joanjest (Pcmac user)
I'm on the hunt for the perfect gardening app and this is the closest I've found in terms of functionality. Many other gardening apps require the user the populate notes about the plants rather than drawing from the multitude of reference resources to provide that info---sun preferences, soil needs etc.
Strangely, you have to scroll through literally hundreds if not thousands of entries to pick out the plants you want from their database. This makes this app, as it currently stands, totally unusable unless you have the patience to scroll. I do not. Really want this app to succeed so I'm hoping the developers will fix this and add a search function.
On a minor note, I'd like to see more info about each plant when I bring up a listing, for instance anticipated height and width. This is so essential for garden planning so it would be nice to see that in the listing.

My favorite plant tracker so far!
By I LIKE PINA COLADAS (Pcmac user)
There’s a lot I really love about this app. The interface is nice and easy to use, and I love that it has so many types of notification options (even custom ones!). However, it would be really nice to have a notes/journal section so that I can keep track of when I DID water/fertilize/etc. since I don’t necessarily do it at the same time I set a notification.
Other things I love: the option to name your plants, the fact that most of their common names/scientific names are correct (I often find these mismatched on plant databases where entries aren’t validated), care quick guides for each entry.
Overall, this has been my favorite of all the plant apps I’ve tried, and highly recommend it!
